Television personality Kelly Osbourne has been in the spotlight from a young age. Thanks to her late father, rock legend Ozzy Osbourne, Kelly has grown up on reality television shows, red carpets, and fancy industry events. Of course, as someone who spent most of her life in the limelight, it's not surprising that Kelly's transformation over the years has been closely watched. However, many believe that the changes we have recently seen in the star are not natural, but rather a result of plastic surgery. "She had work done like buccal fat removal, probably fillers, maybe implants," a netizen speculated on Reddit, with another adding, "99% sure Kelly has cheek implants which are now responsible for holding up her midface."

Of course, Kelly Osbourne's complete weight-loss transformation could have also impacted some of the changes noticeable in her face. In fact, people tend to lose facial volume with weight loss, which could explain the hollow appearance we see in Kelly's cheeks and eye sockets. 

Back in 2024, Kelly shared with People that she doesn't consider plastic surgery a bad thing. "I am a huge fan of plastic surgery," she admitted. "What it does for people is amazing. It can change people's lives and give them the confidence they've been lacking, and make people feel beautiful in the way they want to feel beautiful." However, the star told Us Weekly in 2024 that she is no stranger to injectables, but she has never had surgery. 

In 2023, Kelly Osbourne shared on the podcast "The Osbournes" that she was considering getting plastic surgery. "I just think it's my time," she told her family, with her mother Sharon Osbourne insisting that it was "too early." According to our plastic surgeon, Sharon Osbourne's face has transformed quite a bit over the years, so it's not surprising that Kelly was considering certain procedures as well.

But during her 2024 conversation with People, Kelly shared that fear was holding her back from taking the plunge. "I've always been in the camp of, if you think it's broken, fix it. You don't have to be stuck with a nose you hate for the rest of your life. So yes, I'm a huge fan," the "Fashion Police" star said. "But I've never done anything but Botox. I'm too scared." While Kelly is a fan of the idea of plastic surgery, she revealed that Sharon is actually one of the main factors driving her fears. "I watched my mom go through every recovery from everything she's ever had done, and it looks awful," the star shared.

Additionally, Kelly has also become more confident in herself without having had work done. "I didn't used to be able to look at myself in the mirror. I was the kind of girl who showered with the lights off because I didn't want to look at my body," the star revealed to Us Weekly. "I don't feel that way [anymore]. I'm really content with how I look — although everybody thinks I've had f—ing plastic surgery!" That said, she is still open to surgery in the future, including a breast augmentation and having her neck "cleaned up."
