Dutton Ranch Star Annette Bening's Daughter Ella Beatty Grew Up To Be Gorgeous

For years, "Dutton Ranch" star Annette Bening has been one of Hollywood's most recognizable faces, but these days, daughter Ella Beatty is turning heads with her craft and gorgeous looks. Like her mother and actor-filmmaker father, Warren Beatty, Ella caught the acting bug early and was already enthralled with film before enrolling at Juilliard in 2018. Since then, she's starred in various projects, including the 2024 anthology series "Feud" and the Broadway play "Appropriate" that same year.

While Ella isn't like other celebrity kids, such as Julia Roberts' gorgeous grown-up daughter, Hazel, who has chosen to stay out of the limelight completely, she didn't exactly grow up in the spotlight either. One of her only childhood red carpet appearances came in 2004, when she attended the Kennedy Center Honors with her parents and three older siblings. Wearing a red dress and sporting adorably awkward bangs, the 4-year-old's brunette locks and features already bore hints of her future looks.

Between a handful of red carpet appearances and numerous Instagram posts, there's no doubt that Ella Beatty has figured out how to perfect the soft glam look. Her signature look comes off as effortless, but makeup enthusiasts know it requires time and knowledge to nail this aesthetic. While starring in the 2025 play "Ghosts," the actor sat for an interview with The Bare Magazine and admitted as much. "I really like to take my time doing my hair and makeup for the play, even though it's pretty simple," she said. She also revealed her beauty essentials, which included an eyelash curler, lanolin lip balm, and Endless Cacao lip liner from Make Up For Ever.

The actor's makeup routine for the play was pretty similar to the everyday looks she'd previously shared on Instagram. In July 2021, she posted a stunning photo of herself wearing a black spaghetti-strap top, made up with a bare minimum routine. Besides a soft base, she had on a bit of mascara, lined her lips with a darker shade, and had a hint of color on her eyelids and cheeks.

On the red carpet, Beatty likes to dress things up a bit, but her style still leans simple and elegant. At the 2025 Tony Awards, for example, she wore a black halter top with matching pleated pants and elegant gloves. Her makeup was still minimalist, but she went with a darker lip color and styled her gorgeous brunette hair in waves.

Ella Beatty is a skincare girly, and it's pretty obvious thanks to how stunning she looks in various makeup-free photos she's shared. In one pic shared to Instagram in September 2021, the actor had on a white tank and a totally bare face, revealing her smooth skin and endearing freckles. She shared another makeup-free Instagram photo in June 2022, looking absolutely stunning on a boat. This time, her hair was pulled back, revealing her glowy complexion and gorgeous features.

If you're wondering how Beatty keeps her skin looking so great, she told The Bare Magazine that it had to do with having a customized skincare routine and avoiding everyday habits that make you look older. "I don't drink alcohol, which I think is probably the biggest help," she said. "I try to prioritize sleep and keep my skincare routine as simple as possible because I have sensitive skin, prone to irritation. I drink lots of water and laugh a lot! I think that helps."
