HGTV's Chelsea DeBoer Gave Her Bold Canadian Tuxedo Look The Perfect Vintage Twist
Chelsea DeBoer has come a long way since her "Teen Mom" days. The HGTV star has changed plenty, including a face transformation. DeBoer is thriving in all aspects of her life, hosting a home improvement show, "Down Home Fab," with her husband, Cole DeBoer. There's plenty of evidence to support her epic glow-up, but we've noticed it most when it comes to her fashion choices. She has truly separated herself from other reality stars with the worst style. While most of DeBoer's looks hit the jackpot, there's one standout 'fit DeBoer wore that lives rent-free in our minds. DeBoer shared an adorable shot of her and her husband in a June 2025 Instagram post, but it was her outfit that made us do a double-take.
Dressed in a full Canadian tuxedo, the reality star added a small detail that made all the difference. She wore a white, vintage-looking sheer lace top underneath her light-wash denim vest and pants. This piece really pulled the entire look together. DeBoer's casual-chic aesthetic really shines through in the picture, combined with a hint of cowgirl charm. The star frequently posts other pictures on Instagram that feature similar looks, proving she's got this style down to a T.
Chelsea DeBoer loves giving her denim looks a vintage twist
A quick look at Chelsea DeBoer's Instagram page reveals that she's the queen of a vintage denim look. Her favorite items to pair with this material include cowboy boots and hats, fringe blazers and jackets, and even cow print faux fur. In particular, we love this cream fringe blazer (pictured above) that she wore in an April 2026 Instagram post. It's casual, but chic enough that you can wear it to work. It isn't hard to imagine that she gets a lot of her favorites from vintage shops because they have the perfect amount of weathering to them to give that lived-in feel. The 2025 outfit she wore isn't the first time she's worn a Canadian tuxedo, either.
In an Instagram post in March 2026, DeBoer was also seen wearing a light-wash vest and jeans with a cowboy hat and vintage-looking boots, further cementing that she thrives on the cowgirl-but-make-it-fashion aesthetic and that she knows how to wear denim beyond jeans. Other times, she has paired her jeans with basics like a long-sleeved black shirt and vintage-looking studded belts, basically dressing it down, but keeping it chic.
