What The Leading Ladies Of The '80s Brat Pack Look Like Now
When it comes to young Hollywood in the 1980s, the Brat Pack was the most famous group of young men and women starring in some of the decade's biggest teen flicks. The prerequisite to become a member was to have starred in at least two big films of the era, "The Breakfast Club" and "St. Elmo's Fire" being the most popular ones. More than four decades later, the films that feature Brat Pack members are Hollywood legacy, and the ladies who were a part of it have become even bigger industry stars.
Demi Moore, Molly Ringwald, and Ally Sheedy shaped the films of the '80s, and since then, their lives have evolved in ways they could hardly have expected. For many, the work the three have done holds a special place, as nostalgia for the era remains, and many things people found attractive in the '80s have come back in style.
However, while many remember the Brat Pack as a group of talented young '80s stars, Ringwald has shared that she was never too fond of the nickname. "It was a play on the Rat Pack, which was a group of, you know — Sinatra and Sammy Junior, those guys — and it was a term that was coined after this New York Magazine piece, and then we all sort of fell under ... this banner," she shared during a 2025 MegaCon panel in Orlando, Florida (via People). "And I think it kind of in a way sort of minimized the work that we were doing." Over the years, the ladies of the Brat Pack have changed, evolving professionally and personally, and often sharing their opinions with the world. So here's what Moore, Ringwald, and Sheedy look like today.
In her 60s, Demi Moore looks as gorgeous as ever
Perhaps the most famous lady out of the Brat Pack bunch, Demi Moore had plenty of success in her career past the '80s. '90s hits like "Ghost" and "Indecent Proposal" helped her shed the teen star image, and by the 2000s, Moore was a Hollywood staple. The actor's private life was also in the spotlight, as Moore was married to fellow Hollywood star Bruce Willis from 1987 to 2000. Moore was then married to actor Ashton Kutcher from 2005 to 2013, living through yet another highly scrutinized relationship, especially as Kutcher is 15 years younger than Moore.
Moore turned 63 in November 2025, but the star looks incredibly youthful, which led many to speculate that she's had some work done. Nevertheless, Moore hasn't address her appearance in recent years, but in 2010 she admitted to going under the knife, not specifying why. "I have had something done but it's not on my face," she told Elle (via Nine).
In the 2020s, Moore has become more open about the beauty standards of the industry and the effects they had on her body and mind. In fact, Demi Moore has been on a long journey to accept her body, but in her early 60s, she seems to have found peace with it. Speaking to Harper's Bazaar in 2026, Moore said, "I'm a very different 63-year-old than my grandmother," adding that she feels younger. "My insides, I feel, always fluctuate between 35 and 40, like somewhere in there," she shared. Moore said that staying curious is what helps her feel youthful: "When you maintain curiosity on a daily basis, then life always feels vibrant and alive, because it's just filled with possibilities."
Ally Sheedy has remained true to herself throughout the years
Unlike Demi Moore, Ally Sheedy's career slowed down after the '80s. However, the actor continued working, appearing in '90s projects like "Fear" and "Man's Best Friend" as well as 2000s shows such as "C.S.I." and "Kyle XY." However, the roles she worked on in the '80s remain her best-known and most beloved projects. In the 2020s, Sheedy became a professor at City College of New York, and in a conversation with People, she admitted that her students often look her up. "Some of them Google me, or they have a great filmography in their head and they've seen what I've done," Sheedy, who teaches acting, revealed. "I'm very open to talking about my experiences. And I have an affinity for them so much because they are the age I was when I was working. I'm telling them everything I wish I knew!"
Ally Sheedy's style evolution from her '80s heyday to now shows that while the actor did change, she always remained true to herself. Sheedy, who turned 64 in June 2026, still has her wild curls and contagious smile. Unlike some of her former co-stars, Sheedy has also maintained a rather natural appearance, seemingly embracing aging as it comes. Still working in the entertainment industry as an actor and producer, Sheedy has also focused on sharing her knowledge with the younger generations through her job as a professor, which has allowed her to slightly step away from the spotlight.
Molly Ringwald still rocks red hair and a bold lip
The youngest female Brat Pack member, Molly Ringwald, also continued working on various projects past the '80s and '90s. Younger generations may recognize her from the work she did in the 2010s, as she appeared in "Riverdale" as well as "The Kissing Booth" films. Ringwald turned 58 in February 2026, but photos of the actor showcase that she hasn't changed all that much. The red hair is still there (just slightly longer), a red lip still seems to be her go-to, and photos of the best of Molly Ringwald's quirky style prove that her fashion sense is still on point.
Speaking to Town & Country in 2024, Ringwald revealed that she keeps her mind young by learning. "Anything that's good for your brain, I try to do. Including still learning languages, and I'm trying to teach myself how to read music," she shared. Ringwald's youthful appearance has led some to wonder whether she uses injectables, but the star denied it in 2010. "I don't judge. I understand the pull, but as an actress I depend on my expressions to get my emotions across," she revealed to StyleList (via Yahoo!). "To do something to my face that would inhibit that ability would be a mistake. Otherwise, yeah, you start to look plastic." In 2024, Ringwald attributed her good skin to her regular use of retinol. "My sister was trained as an aesthetician and she has always said it's important," the Hollywood star revealed.
