What The Leading Ladies From The Soap Opera Passions Look Like Today
It's hard to believe, but one of the zaniest soap operas of all time turned 25 in 2024. "Passions," which aired on NBC from 1999 to 2008, was known for its outrageous storylines, supernatural events, and even dolls that came to life. The main storyline centered around the wealthy Crane family, who ruled the town of Harmony from their mansion, and the working-class Lopez-Fitzgerald family.
But that's where the average soap opera plotline ended. The town often got caught up in the mischief brought about by Harmony's resident witch, Tabitha Lenox, and her doll, Timmy (yes, he came to life at times). The campy soap developed a cult following and appealed to a younger demographic. Let's take a trip back in time to learn more about the leading ladies of "Passions," and get caught up on what they look like now, over a decade after the show's ending. You don't even need to travel through the closet, also known as the portal to hell (don't ask) to get there.
Lindsay Korman-Hartley still rocks long brunette locks
Theresa Lopez-Fitzgerald, played by Lindsay Korman-Hartley from 1999 to 2008, became obsessed with Ethan Winthrop, causing her to do some crazy things to win Ethan's love. Turns out, Korman-Hartley found a real-life love story when she fell in love with her "Passions" co-star Justin Hartley, who played Fox Crane. The stars married in 2004 and welcomed daughter Isabella shortly after. The couple divorced in 2012.
Korman-Hartley joined the "Passions" cast at the age of 21. Her character Theresa experienced many different phases, costumes, and wardrobes throughout the years, as seen in the picture on the left, taken while filming a scene with her love interest, Ethan. It's hard to tell that so many years had passed before the pic on the right was a taken, a selfie Korman-Hartley posted on Instagram in April 2026. The director and actor has aged beautifully, and still rocks her mega-watt smile and lush chestnut locks. Talk about hair goals!
McKenzie Westmore has kept her youthful glow
In her role as Sheridan Crane, which she landed at the age of 19 and played from 1999 to 2008, actor McKenzie Westmore portrayed the daughter of the evil and all-powerful Alistair Crane. After "Passions" ended, Westmore continued acting, hosting, and producing, and even created her own cosmetics company. In 2025, Westmore joined the Hallmark channel with the film "Love in the Clouds."
Westmore has come a long way from the picture on the left, taken while filming a scene from "Passions." We love her choppy, short blond 'do, which frames her face perfectly. Westmore's look had changed dramatically in 2023, when she attended a beauty awards event in Malibu. Not only has she grown out her long blond locks, but Westmore also told People in 2022 that she underwent a filler reversal after more than a decade of over-using filler. To help restore her face, Westmore also had a deep plane facelift and endoscopic brow lift.
Juliet Mills has aged gracefully over the years
300-year-old witch Tabitha Lenox, played by actor Juliet Mills, was one of the breakout stars of "Passions." She and her doll, Timmy, were the ultimate dynamic duo, constantly wreaking havoc throughout Harmony. The older sister of Hayley Mills (of "The Parent Trap" fame) Juliet Mills appeared on "Passions" for all nine seasons. According to Mills, this acting experience was her toughest yet. "It was wild and insane playing Tabitha, because she was pretty crazy and the show was pretty wild. I look back on it as a wonderful experience and the hardest work I've ever done in my life," she told Michael Fairman TV.
In the picture on the left, Mills wore one of her many eccentric ensembles while portraying Tabitha during a scene on "Passions." Her character became known for her voluminous, teased curls and bright, colorful, outrageous outfits. At the age of 82 in 2023, Mills looked just as chic as ever in her collared leopard print jacket and black tee combo. We love seeing her gorgeous blond hair down in waves. Her bold red lip completed her stylish look while attending a movie premiere in Hollywood.
Brook Kerr still has her enviable curls
Like many of the other young stars on "Passions," actor Brook Kerr got her first big break in 1999 with the role of Whitney Russell, tennis prodigy and best friend to Theresa Lopez-Fitzgerald. Not only did Kerr and Korman-Hartley play best friends on "Passions," but they also became the real deal off-screen, too. "Lindsay and I are still very close ... We have really held it together through the years, through the children and all the changes. It's amazing," Kerr told Soap Opera Digest. In 2020, Kerr returned to daytime TV with a role on "General Hospital," and was nominated for a Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actress in 2023. Don't miss these best-dressed soap stars at the '90s and early '00s Daytime Emmy Awards.
In the photo on the left, Kerr looks fresh-faced and gorgeous in a bright orange dress with matching drop earrings while filming a scene for "Passions." Almost 20 years later, Kerr was still glowing at the 49th Daytime Emmy Awards in 2022. We love her stunning emerald-green gown and her simple, yet elegant updo with face-framing loose tendrils. Her smokey eye and bold mauve lip complete her look.
Liza Huber looks almost the same as she did on Passions
Gwen Hotchkiss Winthrop, played for nine seasons by actor Liza Huber, fell for Ethan Crane back in boarding school, but got caught up in a bitter love triangle with Theresa Lopez-Fitzgerald. Huber is the daughter of daytime TV royalty — her mother is "All My Children" star Susan Lucci. It's hard to believe that Susan Lucci's over-50-year marriage almost didn't happen. Just like her "Passions" character, Huber also found long-lasting love with her childhood sweetheart, businessman Alex Hesterberg. After "Passions" ended in 2008, Huber retired from acting and focused on motherhood and entrepreneurship. In 2011, she started Sage Spoonfuls to help new parents easily prepare all-natural baby food.
We love Huber's chic bob in the photo on the left, taken while filming a scene for "Passions." Her character, Gwen, always appeared put-together and classy. Decades years later, Huber hadn't aged a bit in a beautiful selfie celebrating her 49th birthday in 2024. Huber grew out her blond locks and kept her makeup fresh and radiant. She is the perfect example of a daytime TV star over 40 with incredible style.
