Paulina Porizkova's Fairy-Tale Wedding Highlighted Her Lovely Blended Family
Paulina Porizkova's July 2026 wedding to Jeff Greenstein looked right out of a fairytale, not just because of the ethereal look of Paulina Porizkova's stunning dress, but because it included the model's lovely blended family. The couple tied the knot on Lake Orta in front of 78 guests, including Porizkova's mother, her stepfather, and her two sons, Jonathan and Oliver Ocasek. Porizkova's sons, whom she shared with her late ex-husband, Ric Ocasek, even performed as wedding procession musicians. It wasn't the first time that her sons did something special for her either, since they surprised her with a sweet video message when she appeared on "Red Table Talk" in 2022.
Porizkova's stepson, Eron Otcasek, also played guitar during the ceremony, alongside his half-brothers. Despite her split from their father, it was clearly important for Porizkova's blended family to be included in her big day, as were her brother, Kym, and Greenstein's sister, Jill, who served as wedding officiants. "Family is my sense of safety, so having family walk us through the vows was profound," Porizkova told Vogue. Days after the wedding, the newlyweds revealed on Instagram that they were still enjoying spending time with their families. "At the moment we're also trying to see all of our loved ones who traveled some distances to be here, and just enjoy our favorite place with our favorite people," they wrote.

Of course, Porizkova and her sons also maintained a strong relationship with her stepchildren, despite her contentious split from their now-deceased father, Ric Ocasek. "I have two sons, but I also have four stepsons... and they're really close to each other," she explained on "Red Table Talk." It's something she's proud of too, adding, "It's like we are a tightened family. And I did that. I'm taking credit. That was not my husband." Porizkova seems to connect with Ocasek's sons on their conflicting feelings about their father after he died in 2019. On Instagram, the model reposted a comment shared by her stepson, Chris Otcasek, who had written about his complicated relationship with his late father. "This made me burst out in tears," she wrote.
The former model also shares a special bond with Chris' daughter, referring to her as her "beloved Olivia." In 2026, Porizkova shared an Instagram post with Olivia, calling herself and now-husband Jeff Greenstein "Proud step grandparents." Paulina Porizkova has said that aging has made her a more grateful person, and the connection she has with her stepchildren (and step-grandchildren) is something she's thankful for. On Mother's Day in 2025, she shared a photo of her blended family celebrating her 60th birthday. While it was her day, Porizkova gushed about the "privilege" of not only being a mom, but a stepmom and step-grandma too. "You don't have to have biological children to be celebrated on Mother's Day," she quipped in the caption.
