Erica Brooke has 20 years of experience as a professional writer, journalist, and editor, having developed industry expertise in lifestyle, fashion, and design; health and wellness, particularly women's health, mental health, and holistic health; and higher education and e-Learning. She is an Adjunct Professor at Bucks County Community College who has also taught writing courses at Temple University's Fox School of Business. She is a News Editor for Glam, a former Feature Editor for The List, and a Feature Writer and Interviewer for The List and other brands. When she's not writing, editing, or interviewing for Static Media brands, she's contributing to other publications and blogs, providing editorial services, and working on her consulting and coaching business. She's also adjusting to life as a new mom of a baby girl named Harper Reese Journi.

Education

Erica Brooke honed her writing and editing skills while studying communications and journalism at Arcadia University in Glenside, PA, from which she holds a Bachelor of Arts in communications/print media and a minor in marketing. Additionally, she obtained a Master of Education in secondary education/English from Temple University in Philadelphia, a degree which has served her well when training and providing feedback to writers. In February 2023, she completed a professional development workshop with the Op-Ed Project called "Write to Change the World."
