Michelle Williams quietly rocked her engagement ring from financier Andrew Youmans at the Golden Globe Awards where she sported a massive sparkler on her finger that complimented her black Louis Vuitton gown, leading many to think the piece of jewelry was borrowed to polish off her outfit.
While the main focus of the evening was on the sea of black dresses in support of the Time's Up movement, eagle-eyed fans were drawn to the massive diamond on Williams' left hand, which features a heart-shaped stone set on a gold band--however it actually wasn't the first time she debuted the ring. In fact, she first sported the diamond on the red carpet at the All the Money in the World premiere on Dec. 18 in LA. Us Weeklyconfirmed the engagement news, although no official statement has been released by the couple.
The talented actress rarely comments on her personal life and has kept a low profile when it comes to her relationships, especially following the untimely death of her ex-partner, (and father of her daughter, Matilda), Heath Ledger in 2008. The pair met on the set of Brokeback Mountain.
Williams and Youmans were first spotted together in July 2017, when Youmans visited the actress on location in Rome, however, they have yet to make an official public appearance together. Although Williams brought her bestie, (and former Dawson's Creek alum), Busy Philipps with her to the Globes, she was last spotted with Youmans on New Year's Day, where the couple celebrated the holiday alongside Michelle's 12-year-old daughter.
