Sarah Jessica Parker's Daughters Are Growing Up To Be Gorgeous
Thanks to her portrayal of Carrie Bradshaw, one of the pop culture style icons you should let influence your wardrobe, Sarah Jessica Parker has become a certified fashionista. Since the '80s, the "Sex and the City" actor has starred in numerous projects, and while her career has now slowed down, Parker is still a part of Hollywood royalty.
However, today, she isn't our focus; instead, we're taking a closer look at her two daughters. Together with fellow actor Matthew Broderick, Parker has three children — son James Wilkie, born in 2002, and twins Tabitha Hodge and Marion Loretta Elwell Broderick, born in 2009 with the help of a surrogate.
Speaking of her kids, Parker told E! News that she wants them to live fulfilled lives. "You want for them to be pursuing things that are exciting and challenging and hard and gratifying and to be able to ultimately take care of themselves, support themselves — emotionally, financially," the actor said. "And that they can be in the world and be a reliable person to themselves and to other people. And so we talk about work like that." While James has grown into a handsome young man, there's no denying that his younger sisters steal the spotlight whenever possible.
Sarah Jessica Parker loves spending time with her teenage daughters
In the summer of 2025, Sarah Jessica Parker's daughters Tabitha Hodge and Marion Loretta Elwell Broderick turned 16. It's no secret that teenagers can cause their parents quite a bit of a headache, but Parker revealed that she loves spending time with hers. "I feel like there is an unfair idea about teenage twin girls. I find mine really likeable. I'm really fond of mine," the "First Wives Club" actor admitted while being interviewed on "Today with Jenna & Friends." "I really love their company. They're so interesting. It's like you're constantly in a control study, cause you have one of this type, and one of this type and they go to the same school. They're just really interesting. They're generally speaking, really kind, curious."
The twins often accompany their famous mother to industry events and red-carpet premieres, and as of late, they also seem to be big fans of their mother's fashion-related work. In fact, during Vogue's "Life in Looks" series, Parker revealed that her daughters were stunned to hear that the actor graced the cover of Vogue. "I showed it to my daughters... and both my daughters' hands went to their mouths and they were like, 'Mama! You're on the cover of Vogue?' I didn't know they were aware of Vogue," the "Hocus Pocus" actor said.
Sarah Jessica Parker's daughters are exploring fashion like pros
Fashion-wise, Tabitha Hodge and Marion Loretta Elwell Broderick are undeniably following in their mother's footsteps. In fact, they are probably amongst the celebrity kids who borrow iconic vintage outfits from their famous parents, and we can definitely also add them to the list of celebrity kids that have the potential to be fashion icons.
In 2022, the two attended the premiere of "Hocus Pocus 2" in New York City, and for the occasion, they went with two completely different dresses — Tabitha Hodge opted for a classic black long-sleeved minidress, while Marion Loretta Elwell stunned in a sparkly metallic number. In 2025, the twins attended the Broadway premiere of "Smash" alongside their parents, and for the occasion, they coordinated their outfits. Both twins wore coats similar to their mother's (except in different colors) over stunning floor-length dresses, adding a fun and unexpected element to their outfits. In fact, we wonder if all three of them decided to match or if this was a spontaneous occurrence. Considering that Tabitha Hodge and Marion Loretta Elwell's fashion game is already incredibly strong, we simply can't wait to see what looks they give us in the future!
