Side-By-Side Pics Of Nikki Glaser's Face Makes Her Plastic Surgery Transformation Undeniable
Nikki Glaser is one of the most famous women in comedy right now, and after having hosted the Golden Globe Awards twice in a row, her status as an A-list celebrity has been solidified. However, Glaser has actually been in the industry since the late 2000s, and one thing that a side-by-side image of her from 2008 and 2026 instantly shows is just how much the 41-year-old's face has changed over the past two decades. To make sure we don't make any amateur assumptions, we've enlisted the help of Beverly Hills plastic and reconstructive surgeon Michael Zarrabi, M.D., who shares exclusively with Glam his professional opinion on Nikki Glaser's face transformation.
"I don't know that she's had, for example, a facelift or any cosmetic surgery, but without a doubt, she's definitely doing Botox in her forehead, her frown lines, and her crow's feet," the surgeon explains to us. "Her skin looks impeccable and very smooth, but when I was looking at some of her videos from the Golden Globes, there's just not a lot of facial movement," he adds. Of course, we can't deny that makeup also plays a significant role in the comedian's appearance, as she rocks an entirely different makeup look in the 2020s compared to the late aughts or early 2010s. In fact, there are specific makeup tricks from our MUA that can help you look younger, and we believe that Glaser's makeup artist is also aware of them. After all, the two photos were taken 18 years apart, but Glaser certainly doesn't look that much older.
Nikki Glaser seems to have done injectables over the years, according to our expert
The first thing we can't help but notice about Nikki Glaser's face is how much fuller her lips look. And while it is possible to get a lip flip look without surgery thanks to a popular makeup hack, we doubt that the comedian has used only makeup to enhance this feature. Whether she did a lip flip with Botox or had fillers injected is unknown, but there is no denying that Glaser's lips are much plumper today than they were in the early 2010s. If the comedian is doing injectables, we have to give it to her — her lips look incredibly natural, and they suit her face and features perfectly. Now, we all know that it's so easy to go overboard with fillers in Hollywood; just look at what Lisa Rinna's lips looked like before all the extreme filler.
Dr. Michael Zarrabi tells us exclusively that Glaser also appears to have had "some facial fillers" injected in areas where she wanted more volume. "Probably first and foremost, she's had filler in her cheeks because her cheekbones look even higher and fuller than they did 12 years ago," he tells us, adding that "her nasolabial folds used to be deeper and those folds have softened, which suggests that she's had filler in those areas." The surgeon notes that he sees some "filler migration or just a little overfilling in that area." Dr. Zarrabi adds that Glaser may have also "had a lower blepharoplasty [since] that area looks perfectly smooth. Filler is not good enough to give her such a great look, so it's possible that she had her lower eyelids done because her lower eyelids look flawless."
Our expert advises caution for Nikki Glaser's future cosmetic procedures
As Nikki Glaser seems to be someone who isn't a stranger to injectables and plastic surgery, our expert advises caution, as taking it overboard is very easy. When it comes to what the comedian should refrain from in the future, Dr. Michael Zarrabi reveals that overdoing it with her cosmetic treatments can lead to unwanted results. "I would say a little less Botox so she gets a little bit more of a natural animation and movement of the face," Dr. Michael Zarrabi shares with Glam exclusively. "I'm not saying don't do Botox where she's going to get lots of wrinkles and lines, but a little less so she's not quite so frozen."
Dr. Zarrabi also explains that her noticeable facial fillers might be a problem in the future. "I would be cautious [of] putting more filler in her nasolabial folds, because she's already starting to get a little fullness there," the surgeon explains. "If she continues to treat, it's just going to get worse, so she just needs to be a little more cautious." Of course, Nikki Glaser isn't the only comedian in the industry whose features have changed, as before-and-after pics of Amy Schumer show just how weight loss transformed her face.
