That said, the greater the actor, the more shocking their red carpet fails are, and one particular inappropriate outfit Robbie wore had the internet sorely confused.

It seemed like the original black dress she wanted to wear had been hacked to pieces, so she threw on an ill-fitting white piece beneath it to make it less NSFW. Unfortunately, the white corset-like bodice revealed so much of her cleavage that it looked less like a stylistic choice and more like a desperate one. The outfit was also a letdown since we'd listed Robbie as one of the celebrities who nailed method dressing based on her "Barbie" press tour fashion. In comparison, this dress was totally unrelated to the theme and general vibe of "A Big Bold Beautiful Journey."

Following Margot Robbie's ill-fitting look at the premiere of "A Big Bold Beautiful Journey," the internet was quick to let its displeasure be known. "It feels like it only is excusable because of her body. All the close up shots are terrible and I can only imagine how cheap it looks in person," one Reddit user commented. Another wrote that the look felt like a "Temu jumpsuit over an Amazon bodysuit." Others pointed out that Robbie didn't need to dress in ill-fitting, over-exposing outfits, given how popular she already is. As expected, a deserving amount of the backlash was directed at Robbie's stylist, Andrew Mukamal. "Why on earth would they select that for a movie premiere red carpet??? For one of the leads?!?!" another Reddit poster questioned. We agree with some of the comments, but with one major caveat: Firing Andrew Mukamal is a step too far. Let's not forget that he was responsible for Margot Robbie's Barbiecore outfits for the "Barbie" movie, and those absolutely slayed. Perhaps the actor and her stylist need a little push in the direction of method dressing, or even a third-party opinion to ensure that the awful-looking and inappropriate fits are in the past.
