Easter 2026 Was A Fashion Disaster For The Trump Ladies

Time and time again, the Trump family has put their questionable fashion taste on display, and the 2026 White House Easter Egg Roll was just another example. For Easter fashion, most people lean towards outfits with a hint of spring, soft pastels, and flowery vibes. The aim is usually to find the balance between rocking pastel colors and giving a hint of spring without looking like the Easter Bunny. However, for Easter 2026, the Trump ladies chose to stray from popular expectations, which wouldn't have been a problem if the looks they chose weren't so low-effort and unflattering. 

They mostly leaned into their boring staples, which were only worsened by poor tailoring, lack of enthusiastic styling, and ill-fitting cuts. While many other women in attendance might have been able to get away with these outfits, several of the Trump women have worked as models and walked runways. This, combined with their extensive wardrobe budgets, has us wondering whether the Trump ladies secretly agreed to have "fashion disaster" as their private Easter theme.

In 2025, Melania Trump's Easter outfit was so low-effort, it seemed like a giant sign that she was over Donald Trump's second term. But somehow, her fashion choices this year were even worse. The first lady paired crisp white pants with an incredibly plain T-shirt beneath a lazy navy blazer. Sure, a pant and blazer combo can work splendidly, but this particular pairing felt off for an Easter party and looked like that one outfit you reach for when you remember you have an occasion five minutes before you're due to appear. The lackluster outfit wasn't helped by her hair, which looked less windswept and more disorganized. Overall, Melania cut an incredibly frazzled figure.

Thanks to Lara Trump's lengthy history of inappropriate outfits and fashion mistakes, we weren't holding our breath for an Easter style miracle. Just as we suspected, Lara's look was a fashion fail. For starters, we weren't exactly impressed by a pantsuit at an Easter event. However, it wouldn't have been a fashion disaster if it weren't tailored so abysmally. While the sleeves were rolled up, the hems of Lara's pants were so long that they totally covered up her shoes. The pink hue might have been on-theme, but the glaring tailoring issues ruined any chance the outfit ever had.

Considering that Tiffany Trump had a baby less than a year ago, she looked absolutely amazing — that is, until you actually considered the clothes she had on for the Easter Egg Roll. The new mom might have bounced back into pre-pregnancy shape, but her fashion choices did nothing to complement that achievement. From the incredibly boring pattern of the dress to the unnecessarily puffed-up shoulders, nothing about this Easter outfit was working. The wrap style and the length of the hem and sleeve only made the ensemble more matronly, and as icing on the cake, those glasses were a terrible choice. Tiffany and her stylist need a fashion crash course on how to choose the sunglasses best suited for your face shape.

Given that Donald Trump Jr.'s fiancée Bettina Anderson is still a model, we expected her to showcase her unique style and boost the Trump family's fashion standing. Unfortunately, this hasn't been the case, as her fashion choices and Bettina's face tune-up since meeting Don Jr. show that she's only interested in fitting in. For the Easter Egg Roll, she wore an uninspired white blouse with a pink skirt. The blouse sported some silver embroidery, but even that couldn't breathe life into the archaic outfit. Despite being several years younger than everyone in the frame, Bettina's makeup and outfit aged her.
