How Lori Greiner's Face Has Transformed Since Her Early Shark Tank Days

When Lori Greiner joined "Shark Tank" in 2012, she was already pretty well-known in the aesthetics sphere for inventing and selling beauty and fashion products. Like a true industry expert, several of her investments, including The Matte makeup organizer, which has continued to thrive following "Shark Tank," and Nail Pak, which is no longer in business after "Shark Tank," were aimed at consumers in the beauty industry. With such deep ties to the aesthetics space, it's not really shocking that she's gotten a decent amount of cosmetic work done. What does seem a bit shocking is the huge difference between the then-and-now photos.

When we compared a photo of Greiner from 2012 to a more recent one from 2024, one of the things that stood out was her facial structure. She had a sharp jawline and a really narrow and pointy chin paired with high-set cheekbones. These days, however, Greiner's face is a lot less angular.

Her previously sharp chin is more rounded out, her mid-face is clearly fuller, and her facial features are generally much softer. Greiner and her aesthetic providers seem to have focused on balancing out her facial features by injecting filler into the most angular parts of her face to give her rounder features, though this has never been confirmed. She also seems to have some filler in her upper lip, judging by the slightly unbalanced shape it now has.

The internet has theories on why Lori Greiner's face is different now

Lori Greiner's face transformation has been a pretty hot topic, especially on "Shark Tank" fan pages across the internet. When one Redditor posted a then-and-now compilation of all the Sharks, the general consensus was that Greiner has had a lot of cosmetic work done. One commenter responded: "Lori has always seemed like she's had a lot of cosmetic surgery... not even necessarily bad cosmetic surgery, just a lot of it."

However, not everyone seems convinced that her face transformation is due to plastic surgery — and with good reason. Comparing a photo of Greiner from 2013 to one from 2025 points out interesting similarities. During her early "Shark Tank" days, she already had some natural wrinkling around the eyes that was decently managed with the right tips for applying foundation to mature skin. More than a decade later, her face shows no new wrinkles, which is certainly not natural. Additionally, her face has that unnatural tautness that restricts movement and points to one specific non-surgical procedure: Botox.

One Reddit user put it this way: "Lori's face doesn't move, but it doesn't look bad either." Considering the difference between Greiner's features during her early "Shark Tank" days and now, we have to agree. Any facial tweaks she had were clearly targeted at facial balancing, and it's a much better look.
