Sharon Osbourne is a woman of many talents: Reality star, talk show host, TV judge, and music manager are just a few of the hats she wears. But if you ask her which role has been the most meaningful and transformative, she might say being a wife, mother, and grandmother. 

"It's so odd to me that there's now another Osbourne," she said on "Anderson Live" in May 2012, following the birth of her first granddaughter Pearl. "Because, there's only ever been five of us. And now there's another one. And it's like, I like this. It's just the best." She added that she's the kind of grandmother who can't help but do a little spoiling, later telling Hello!, "I am the typical grandmother that does everything that you shouldn't ... she can do whatever she wants so I am the stereotypical grandmother and she loves it. In May 2026, Sharon Osbourne appeared in an Instagram photo with her son, Jack Osbourne, his wife Aree Gearhart, and two of their children, Maple Artemis and baby Ozzy Matilda. "Happy Mother's Day to the two most extraordinary women on the [planet]," the reality star and podcast host captioned his post. Sharon nestled in between the spouses for the photo, looking like a proud grandma. Ozzy Matilda was born in March, just eight months after her namesake, grandfather Ozzy Osbourne, passed away in July 2025.

In 2024, she traveled to Finland with Jack Osbourne and his wife Aree Gearhart, along with their daughters.
