Audrey Hepburn's Granddaughter Emma Ferrer Has A Sleek Style All Her Own

Audrey Hepburn was a legendary actor and humanitarian. But she was also a major fashion and beauty muse who made a huge impact on Hollywood and pop culture, even long after her death. In fact, some of Audrey Hepburn's biggest skincare secrets are still so useful today. What you may not have known, however, is that she has an equally gorgeous and talented granddaughter named Emma Ferrer (full name Emma Kathleen Hepburn Ferrer). Ferrer shares many similar traits with her famous grandmother, including the fact that they both studied ballet and pursued artistic endeavors. However, Ferrer took a different path, pursuing visual arts rather than acting, and she has a sleek signature style all her own.

Hepburn was often known for wearing cigarette pants, turtlenecks, and flats that were sleek and very trendy at the time. For her more formal looks, Hepburn was often seen in elegant and feminine A-line gowns (though column dresses were also a favorite of hers). Ferrer, though, has played around with more modern styles and doesn't shy away from shorter, form-fitting dresses and strappy heels — quite a departure from her grandmother's wardrobe. The artist has also shared photos of her outfits on Instagram, where she favors casual, menswear-inspired styles (much like Diane Keaton's iconic "Annie Hall" look).

Emma Ferrer's wardrobe shares similarities with Audrey Hepburn's

Audrey Hepburn is definitely one of those pop culture style icons you should let influence your wardrobe. While Emma Ferrer's style differs from Hepburn's in many ways, we still can't help but notice that she may have let her grandmother's über-popular fashion sense rub off on her in at least some ways. Subtle similarities between the two are evident as soon as you look at photos. For starters, both tend to favor pieces that are elegant and simple without leaning boring. Not the easiest thing to pull off! Ferrer was also photographed once (funny enough, at Tiffany & Co.'s store opening in Rome) wearing her grandmother's signature look — a black turtleneck and flats.

While similar to Hepburn's iconic style, Ferrer added her own flair to this classic look by wearing strappy tan flats, a turtleneck with a few more ruffles and details, and loose-fit trousers. Ferrer told Harper's Bazaar in 2014 that although she and her grandmother are different, she still saw the similarities herself when she watched one of Hepburn's most iconic films, "Sabrina." "Somehow, seeing her in her youth and brilliance reminded me that I do, in fact, carry her spirit along with me," she said.
