Annette Bening's Daughter Ella Beatty Is Becoming A Red Carpet Superstar: Her Best Looks

Although Ella Beatty made her screen debut just a couple years ago in 2024's "Feud: Capote vs. The Swans," it didn't take long for her to dominate the red carpet. As the daughter of "Dutton Ranch" star Annette Bening, Ella Beatty grew up to be gorgeous. But Bening can't take all the credit. Not only does Ella call Bening mom, but her father is Warren Beatty, therefore making Ella officially the daughter of Hollywood royalty. This means that acting is in her blood, and so is knowing how to slay on the red carpet. After all, even before Ella started her own career as a stage and screen actor, she was accompanying her parents to awards ceremonies as young as the age of 4.

While it can take some people a long time to find their footing on the red carpet, for example even fellow nepo baby Dakota Johnson has had quite a few inappropriate outfits, that hasn't been the case with Ella. Whether it's a fashion stylist pulling the strings behind the scenes, her phenomenal genetics, or a deep understanding of what looks good on her and what doesn't, Ella knows what she's doing. Because of this, she's becoming a red-carpet superstar.

When Ella Beatty attended the 78^th Annual Tony Awards at Radio City Music Hall in June 2025 she leaned into Old Hollywood glamour, and we love that for her. Her black gown consisted of a tiered waist and a halter-style neck, an outfit she completed with black satin elbow-length opera gloves and a few rings and bracelets. From head to toe, Beatty wore Chanel and stunned, to say the very least. In addition to keeping her makeup on the more minimal side, she completed her look with waves in her long cascading locks.

Just one year later, when Ella Beatty hit up the Tony awards in 2026, she stepped away from Old Hollywood glamour and right into vintage Gucci by Tom Ford. The dress was part of Ford's Fall/Winter 1996 collection for the designer house, meaning it was designed before Beatty was born. But she pulled it off like a pro — the full-length off-white gown with its small hip cutout looks gorgeous on Beatty, not just because of her height, but the confidence she's exuding. Also, kudos to her for keeping her accessories non-existent here.

In June 2025, Ella Beatty attended the Chanel Tribeca Festival Women's luncheon to celebrate the Through Her Lens program which focuses on women filmmakers. For the event, Beatty wore a white bouclé minidress (proving the little white dress is the fashion trend to have on your radar), two-tone ballet flats and, to complete her look, she carried a small matching purse — all by Chanel. Not only did Beatty look sophisticated, as head-to-toe Chanel will do that, but the way the pieces were styled gave the ensemble a casually chic appearance.

If you ever need proof that a full-length red gown is always a good idea, then just take a look at Ella Beatty arriving at the 77th Annual Tony Awards in June 2024. While we already know the little red dress is the new LBD, Beatty's take on it is exquisite — especially with how she's chosen to wear her hair slicked back. With a chic keyhole detail in the center of the chest, the long sleeves, and the bold color, this dress gives major Hollywood royalty vibes. 

As the star of the 2026 film "Act One," Ella Beatty didn't disappoint when she showed up to the 2026 Tribeca Festival at Village East Cinema in June 2026. After all, when you're the star, you should dress like it when you hit the red carpet for your own movie. For the occasion, Beatty wore a white gown by Lein Studio (with a train!), and because of the color and design, Beatty looked like an angel or a Greek goddess. She completed her look with minimal makeup again and a simple, yet elegant diamond necklace.

Although Ella Beatty wasn't one of the swans in FX's "Feud: Capote vs. The Swans," she did play a key role as Kerry O'Shea, the daughter of one of Truman Capote's lovers. Not only were the costumes in the series gorgeous, perfectly depicting the fashion of the New York socialites of the 1950s and '60s, but when it came to the premiere, everyone brought their A-game — including Beatty. Dressed in a black velvet gown by Ralph Lauren with black opera gloves, Beatty seemed to be channeling Holly Golightly, the main character in Capote's novella "Breakfast at Tiffany's."

It goes without saying that wearing leather, in all its forms, isn't exactly easy. But despite that, here's Ella Beatty attending a gala at Harry's Table by Cipriani in October 2024 clearly knowing how to style a leather skirt like a pro. With a simple black T-shirt and silver ballet flats to go with her tea-length black leather skirt, Beatty is definitely aware that when you wear black leather, all other articles of clothing should be simplified, so as to not overdo it. 

In April 2024, Ella Beatty attended the 49th Chaplin Award Honoring Jeff Bridges at Lincoln Center again wearing an off-white gown. Considering that many people can't pull off such a light color, it's refreshing to see Beatty wearing this hue so often. Featuring an intricate bust with interwoven ribbons and a fringed skirt, Beatty completed her look with black Mary Janes and simple, flowing tresses.

Although more casual than her other red-carpet 'fits, Ella Beatty's dress for InStyle's 30th Birthday Celebration at The Standard Hotel in September 2024 still looked fantastic. Yes, the minidress is giving 1990s, mostly because of the pattern, but the design — with its lace hem and plunging neckline — is elevating the look. The ankle-strap heels and Beatty's signature long, luminous hair give off an air of sophistication befitting the young actor.
