We exercise daily," she explained. "So that's what I do. I'm more a maintenance kind of person. I'm not getting boobs done and hips and butts and stuff like that," Stewart explained, stressing that maintaining her mind, skin, and body health is what she focuses on.

In a 2023 conversation with AARP, Stewart shared that she loves staying active. "I do Pilates at 6:15 a.m. three times a week," she shared. "I also work hard every day on things that challenge me and invigorate me. I'm working on a documentary... I'm working on my 100th book... And I'm working on my autobiography... These are big, difficult, years-long projects, but I don't want to have regrets, or 'would've, could've, should've,' which is a horrible feeling," the star added.

Martha Stewart said no to plastic surgery but yes to injectables

While Stewart preaches a healthy lifestyle and focuses on maintenance, the star has been transparent about her use of injectables. Stewart shared with People that she is a client of New York City's Dr. Dan Belkin. "He is a very superb dermatologist. And I use a little bit of fillers. I go maybe once every four months for touch-ups," she admitted in 2026.

While injectables are a beauty enhancement Stewart approves of, the star has stressed that she has never gone under the knife, except for an instance in which she had to have surgery due to a lip injury. "I have not had any plastic surgery at all. I don't think I need it. I do facial exercises and have the best facials from Mario Badescu and Georgia Louise. Peptides are very good. I take a few peptides," she shared.

Try to keep up with friendships, projects, relationships, with educating yourself — stay on top of it. Because once you're gone, what can you do? You hope you've done enough."
