Original Baywatch Star Nicole Eggert Is Still Such A Stunner Today
The original "Baywatch" was known for its attractive stars, like Nicole Eggert, when it aired over three decades ago. And if you're wondering what the cast of the original "Baywatch" looks like now, many of them have remained just as stunning, like Erika Eleniak, who is still a bombshell decades later, and of course, Eggert. Eggert played gorgeous lifeguard Summer Quinn when she joined the show in 1992, but she felt that her looks actually worked against her then. "It was 'Baywatch bimbos' and 'Baywatch babes' back then. It was just really hard to escape," she told Yahoo Life in 2025.
These days Eggert isn't typecast anymore, but she's still a stunner. The mom of two looks like she hasn't aged a day, thanks to her glowing skin and youthful, bright blond pixie cut. Between that and her beaming smile, it's hard to imagine that Eggert was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2024, for which she had to undergo chemotherapy, a mastectomy, and a hysterectomy. Yet, her battle didn't take away her sparkle, and her strength has made her even more beautiful. It's something her fans and fellow '90s stars have pointed out when she posts herself on Instagram. In a 2024 post, one fan wrote, "You looking amazing!" while Alyssa Milano commented, "stunning," and Debbie Gibson wrote, "I hope you're feeling as fabulous as you look, girl!" It seems Eggert is feeling fabulous because she's been able to find a new love for herself and is more confident than ever.
Nicole Eggert loves herself more now than during Baywatch
Nicole Eggert may have been a "Baywatch" beauty in her youth, but she's more into herself now as she ages, after everything she's been through with her health. She found the self-love and confidence she needed to find when promoting her docu-series, "After Baywatch," while battling breast cancer in 2024. "I was bloated from the steroids and bald and scheduled for a mastectomy ... But oddly it took the pressure off. People like to say, 'Oh, look at her at 50,' and compare it to me at 20 on 'Baywatch,' but there was really no comparing me to my old self," she told People in 2025. Eggert was apparently not confident in her old self's appearance either though, because she struggled with being "the curvy one" on "Baywatch."
Eggert has a more positive perspective on her appearance now, in her fifties. "I spent so many years picking my body apart, picking myself apart, and all of a sudden one day I realized, 'This body is what makes me be able to have a day," she told Yahoo Life in 2025, adding, "I just have never loved myself more." She has become more body positive, especially after she fought against cancer. Eggert showed off her hysterectomy scars on Instagram in a 2024 Instagram post, and fans were in agreement with how beautiful she looked doing it. One fan even wrote, "Gorgeous! Thank you for your inspiration!" Eggert truly is an inspiration, both beautiful and resilient.
