'80s Star Donna Dixon Is Still Such A Stunner Today

The '80s offered up so many pop culture icons that we still know and love today. A key part of the television landscape then were sitcoms like "Bosom Buddies," "Diff'rent Strokes," and "The Facts of Life," just to name a few. Inevitably, we've often wondered what the most beloved '80s sitcom stars look like now, and that includes "Bosom Buddies" star Donna Dixon. Dixon starred as Sonny Lumet in this sitcom alongside Tom Hanks. Although this show only ran for two years in the 1980s, it helped launch Dixon's film and TV career. Not only that, she was known for her bombshell beauty features, including her long blond hair and blue eyes. It probably doesn't come as a shock at all that Dixon still looks amazing.

The above photo of Dixon was taken in late 2025. At the time, Dixon was 68 years old and honestly, she's barely aged a day! The most noticeable change is Dixon's much shorter haircut. While she rocked long, loose waves in the '80s, she now opts for a shorter, bouncier blowout. Additionally, her skin is flawless and glowing. Like Pamela Anderson, who ditched the heavy makeup of her youth, Dixon's toned-down approach to beauty has had stunning results. Whatever she's using, we need a jar (or five) of that immediately.

Although Donna Dixon was (and still is) a total stunner, she admitted in a 1981 interview with The Washington Post that her looks aren't everything. Despite her drop-dead gorgeous features, she steered clear of work that only painted her as a sex symbol. "Running around in a bikini, making goo-goo eyes at everyone? Nuh uh," she said regarding her two-episode stint on "The Love Boat". "But I noticed there was a part for an anthropologist, and I auditioned and got it; the big bonus is that I get to wear clothes."

It's no surprise that Dixon's looks were front-and-center during her career, even landing her a spot on the NBC special, "Women Who Rate a 10," which she thought was as cringey as we do. "When the show finally aired, I was so mortified that I hid my face in a pillow," she told The Washington Post. Dixon is rather modest when it comes to judging her own beauty, and it's something that hinges on more than just physical appearance. "I don't think of myself as a '10,'" she said. "I think Raquel Welch, Lynda Carter and Linda Evans are, although it takes more than looks. If you see a '10' and she opens her mouth, and there is no personality, she becomes ugly."

Like Mia Sara, another iconic '80s actor who is aging like fine wine, Dixon still looks amazing, even as she's largely stepped away from acting and seems to live more of a low-key life (it's hard to know for sure since she's not on social media). Regardless, it's easy to see in the rare public photos of Dixon that she's more gorgeous than ever.
