Former Bond Girl Jane Seymour, 75, Is Aging Like Fine Wine
Jane Seymour has been one of the most beautiful women in the world ever since she rose to fame in the 1970s. The former Bond girl, who played the dark haired and bright-eyed Solitaire in 1973's "Live and Let Die" is still a knockout today, having turned 75 years old in 2026. Seymour, who doesn't buy into the myth that aging ends your life, told People in 2025, "You can be sexy for as long as you feel like it." Between her glowing skin and fit physique, Seymour looks just about as old as she feels. "Inside, I think I'm a teenager. I've never been happier. I've never had more energy," she told Today in 2026.
While many of Seymour's friends have gone gray, like Hilary Farr who embraces her natural gray curls, Seymour has kept her signature long golden copper hair. She also has a youthful sense of style, thanks to her fitted, colorful outfits and her 13-year-old granddaughter. "We share styling tips: She will wear my clothes, and she will tell me what I should buy when she actually really wants it for herself," Seymour told Harper's Bazaar in 2026. Despite her bombshell status in her 70s, Seymour avoids plastic surgery. Instead, she relies on something else to feel beautiful. "Happiness, and really being comfortable in my own skin. Feeling that I can experience life one day at a time and appreciate nature, health, real friends," she told New Beauty in 2026. Seymour does however, also have good habits that have kept her always looking stunning.
Jane Seymour credits her skincare and healthy lifestyle for her looks
Jane Seymour may be a natural beauty but she does credit her skincare routine and healthy lifestyle for her radiant glow. "My skincare is the beauty secret," she told Harper's Bazaar when sharing her beauty routine, which consists of a warm shower and exfoliating her skin. In terms of products, Seymour has been an ambassador for Crepe Erase for over 10 years. She explained to People, "Immediately after using it, people began saying, 'Oh Jane, you're using a laser'... And I went, no, I'm just using this cream ... I realized it really did work." Jane Seymour also uses an old-school beauty trick for a well-rested appearance: frozen teaspoons around her eyes and face.
Seymour also makes time for exercise, even if she's squeezing some in during breaks in filming. When she can do her workouts, she told Fox News in 2026, "I try to do a combination of light weights ... fast walking if I can, or up and down a hill. I do Pilates and Gyrotonics." Besides that, getting eight hours of sleep is key for the actor, as well as keeping to her Mediterranean diet. "I stick to fish and a lot of vegetables," she told Harper's Bazaar. These days, Seymour has started incorporating vitamins into her daily routine as well. "If you're not healthy, your skin won't radiate," she shared with People. Seymour proves that being a bombshell at any age is all about making the time and effort to take care of yourself.
