British Invasion: Guy Ritchie Directs David Beckham for H&M Campaign

Ladies — and a few of you gents — mark your calendars for February 6, 2013! On that glorious day, we'll get to see yet another campaign starring David Beckham for his Bodywear at H&M collection. This time, the fast fashion company recruited Beckham's fellow Englishman, Guy Ritchie, to direct the scintillating tease. With that type of enterprising eye, it's safe to say that this will be no ordinary ad for the folks at Hennes & Mauritz. “For me, this felt like more than a campaign – it was like directing a short film,” Ritchie said the clip, which stars leading man Beckham as an action super hero (so this is where Romeo Beckham gets his modeling chops from?!). This “short film,” though has a little more eye candy than your average: Beckham is seen running through the streets of his Beverly Hills neighborhood, clad in nothing more than the collection's new navy, red, and utility green offerings. Excuse us while we fan ourselves! As much as we're going to enjoy the pre-Valentine's Day drop, Beckham assured us that hitting Los Angeles in his undies was a thrill for him too, especially with Ritchie behind the camera. “Working with Guy has been a fantastic experience,” said Victoria Beckham's dreamy better half. “I hope everyone has as much fun watching the film as I had making it.”
