Side-By-Side Pics Highlight The Secret Lives Of Mormon Wives Stars' Transformations

Ever since it premiered in 2024, the Hulu reality series "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" has had us in a chokehold. From a swinging scandal to Taylor Frankie Paul's "The Bachelorette" season being canceled just a couple of days prior to its expected premiere, it's safe to say that the ladies of Utah have quite eventful lives. And while there is no lack of drama on the show, the truth is that the series also gained appeal thanks to the style and beauty of its main stars. 

Jennifer Affleck and Co. have shown us incredible fashion, makeup, and hair, and seeing what beauty and style trends they embrace each season is another reason why we're so hooked. In fact, the stars have even given us glimpses of them getting Botox on the show. Prior to the success of the reality series, they had all been building their influencer careers, which peaked once they formed their MomTok group on TikTok. Today, we're taking a closer look at just how much each of the ladies has changed over the years, as their transformations are undeniable.

Back in 2018, when Taylor Frankie Paul was heavily posting on Instagram, the influencer was all about dark roots, thick eyebrows, and plenty of mascara. In recent years, Paul embraced a softer color palette with more blended highlights, lighter eyebrows, and way less mascara. In a conversation with PopSugar in 2025, Paul revealed that she wanted to make some changes to her face. "I want to eventually get a nose job. It's just a time thing. I also get fearful, to be honest, of changing my face."

While Jennifer Affleck rose to fame thanks to the Hulu hit show, the star was introduced to a new audience as a contestant on Season 34 of "Dancing With the Stars." Looking back at Affleck in 2023, her dramatic change is mostly due to her hair. Back then, the influencer rocked light blond hair, but since then, she has made the switch to being a brunette, showing us how to go from blond to brown hair seamlessly. 

Comparing photos of Whitney Leavitt in 2024 and 2026 clearly shows just how much the reality star has changed. For one, Leavitt made the switch from being blond to being a redhead, tempting us to get in on the copper-colored hair trend at home. Apart from that, Leavitt experienced some weight loss after her pregnancy, resulting in a slimmer face and more prominent features. Slightly adjusted makeup with thinner and more filled-in eyebrows also helped add more angles to the former "Dancing with the Stars" contestant's face.

Back in 2019, Jessi Ngatikaura rocked platinum blond hair, a stark contrast from the rich brown she has in 2026. Ngatikaura opened up about the changes in her appearance on Instagram Stories in 2025, writing, "People have been awful about my looks & it definitely affected my confidence" (via People). The reality star admitted to getting a nose job and, in 2026, Ngatikaura also plumped up her lips, confessing that she took it too far with facial fat grafting. "I'm getting a lot of comments about my lip filler, and I agree, it looks awful," she said in a TikTok. 

Demi Engemann had one of the most dramatic transformations among the cast of "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives." Looking at a photo of her from 2016, it's clear that her lips are now much fuller, eyebrows more lifted, and hair a bit lighter. In 2025, the reality star admitted to getting a nose job on Instagram Stories, stating that "This bump from the side drove me nuts in pics" (via Us Weekly). "I had a partial rhinoplasty done 6 years ago from Dr. John Bitter. He did a phenomenal job," she added.

Mayci Neeley's transformation since 2016 is also undeniable, as her eyebrows look more lifted, lips seem much fuller, and even her nose seems a tad thinner. While some of this can be achieved with makeup, Neeley's changes seem like the result of injectables. In 2026, the star opened up on Instagram Stories about one cosmetic procedure. "I tried Sculptra on my jawline. I don't want [traditional] filler in my face so I tried this instead," she said (via NewBeauty). The 'untouched look' injectable trend has been popular for a while now, and Neeley is clearly a fan.

While Layla Taylor doesn't look drastically different from her appearance in 2023, the reality star admitted to Page Six in 2024 that she is actually no stranger to plastic surgery. "In the past four months, I've gotten my boobs done, my nose done and a tummy tuck and lip filler and chin filler and Botox," Taylor admitted. Compared to a couple of years ago, the star's eyebrows also seem more lifted, and her hair has been dyed darker.

Mikayla Matthews' battle with chronic inflammatory response syndrome has been a major part of her storyline on the show, and viewers saw the star's skin flare up on numerous occasions. In 2026, Matthews took her TikTok followers along to dissolve the rest of her lip filler. "My lips always get so swollen because of my health and allergies but I just wanna dissolve whatever's in there so that my immune system might not be freaking out," she shared. Since 2020, the star has also embraced darker hair and heavier makeup, giving us a sultrier look.

Side-by-side photos of Miranda McWhorter in 2017 and 2026 show that the reality star's hair and face have changed quite a bit. McWhorter ditched the ombré for a classic blond look, styled in a wavy lob. McWhorter's face also changed, with her lips becoming fuller. In 2022, she admitted to using Botox on TikTok, saying, "My makeup goes on smoother, my eyebrows are more even." McWhorter's makeup routine also changed, as the reality star now tends to rock a more dewy and blush-heavy look.
