Tanya boasts a decades-long career as a professional writer, getting her start as a contributor to an online fashion and beauty magazine. She was promoted to an editorial position shortly thereafter and grew its readership from five figures to six figures within a year. Tanya self-published her first articles as a little girl when she created a hometown newspaper that she sold in the neighborhood for 25 cents a copy. Professionally, she got her start interning at a local radio station and dabbled briefly in television news before accepting a position covering small fashion and beauty businesses online. That paved the way for an exciting career, producing everything from features to marketing copy for leading brands and publications. During this exciting journey, she has traveled to beautiful resorts, experienced one-of-a-kind spa treatments, attended countless fashion shows, and even interviewed legendary musicians about their style. Today, Tanya is an established journalist who covers fashion, beauty, tech, wellness, travel, and so much more. Her work appears in the Daily Mail, the Fashion Spot, Total Beauty, AFAR, and many other respected publications.

Education

Tanya graduated from George Mason University with a bachelor's degree in communication. She has also studied fiction and creative writing at Oxford University.
