Tessa earned her bachelor of arts degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, her reading specialist graduate degree from the University of Nebraska-Omaha, and 18 graduate hours in composition from the University of Nebraska-Kearney. These experiences showed her the power of education, the beauty of language, and the passion to share both with others.
